Hello I’m Julie welcome to the website. The magic of words has always appealed to me, I’ve marvelled at their ability to conjure up entire worlds, characters, and lives. Storytelling became second nature to me, particularly as I crafted stories for my son, such as the whimsical saga of a huffy prince navigating life’s ups and downs.

My journey as an early years and primary teacher further ignited my passion for storytelling, ensuring stories were a regular part of our day, witnessing firsthand the magic that words hold for young minds. Rhyme, with its fun and magic, became a favourite tool in my writing. Though initially unplanned, my venture into rhyming stories became a natural extension of my creative expression.

Now, as Martha May Murray’s adventures unfold on the page, they intertwine with cherished moments from my own son’s upbringing, blending joy, frustration, and valuable life lessons into a rich tapestry of storytelling.
